Ethiqs Capital Services Private Limited, with CIN - U74999DL2019PTC358475 is a firm run by Manish Kumar Pandey. In his previous avatar, he advised one of the largest private defence firm in India to set up their Maintenance, Repair and Overhauling facility for Military Aircraft. He also helped the firm to divest their portfolio by analysing investment opportunities in base metal mining, internet commerce, and subsequently establishing a Joint Venture with a leading American firm to commercialise cutting edge X-ray tech for defence and paramilitary forces. While at Ethiqs, he has consulted startups and Industries alike; formed joint ventures, advised on acquisitions, raised risk capital and structured debt. Manish graduated as an Engineer from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University and is an IIM Ahmedabad alumni.
